Berlin overview

Berlin Travel Guide
There is no metropolis in Europe that parties harder than Berlin. There are lots of dance clubs in Berlin, with most of them situated in the city centre. There are times that the whole city seems to be bubbling over into one big celebration. During festivals, most of Berlin’s cafes are packed with drunkards and clubs are open until dawn. Most Berliners are helpful and extremely friendly, though you may also encounter some locals that are rude. Racial attacks are quite unusual in the capital. Travellers of any skin colour are safe in the inner districts of Berlin, although prejudice towards gays and foreigners is more likely common in the far-off eastern districts of Berlin – such as Hohenschonhausen, Lichtenberg and Marzahn. So if you see any skinhead person wearing jackboots with white bootlace marching your way, you better sprint the other way!
